Samia Litaiem
Outreach Officer | Tunisia
Since 2013, she has been serving as the Tunisian National Liaison Assistant. With 24 years of experience at CNSTN-Tunisia, she acts as an administrative advisor within the Technical Cooperation and Safeguards department. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and a communication diploma from the Institut de PNL, Paris, obtained in 2009. Since 2020, she has been responsible for communication at the National Association, Women in Nuclear (WiN Tunisia), and since the creation and the launch of AWN and CBRN, December 2024, she was elected under the leadership team as the outreach officer.
Through an IAEA fellowship from April 2 to June 28, 2024, she gained extensive knowledge in capacity building, human resource development, and knowledge management. She has successfully completed several IAEA missions as a Financial Officer for various trainings and workshops, including projects RAF6047, INT9182, RAF6058, TUN0013, RAF1006, and RAF7015. Additionally, in the context of the Arab Conference on the Peaceful Uses of Atomic Energy, she serves as the Coordinator Officer for financial and administrative matters with the AAEA and national institutions.
She has actively participated in several IAEA events, including the International Conference on Nuclear Knowledge Management and Human Resources Development in Vienna (July 1-5, 2024), the International Conference on Nuclear Security in Vienna (May 20-24, 2024), and the IAEA School on Nuclear and Radiological Leadership for Safety and Nuclear Security in Vienna (August 14-25, 2023).
